Works well for the most part, but it is excessively hard to add a new car to it.

The big problem was I added my wife car and now it defaults to that. I got a ticket because I didn't notice one time.

I can remove her but it's handy.

I get its annoying but it’s not really grounds for divorce.

Sorry, I just had to….

Probably mentioned before on this thread but cafe and restaurants who cannot be bothered to have a decent web site created and just use a Facebook page that forces you to logon to see any content.

I don't do FB so I cannot see their content when all I want to see is a menu. So I probably don't go to those establishments.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

One of the local places just shows a blank page if you don't have Facebook. It took me a while to figure out what was going on!

There's a lot of people that don't have Facebook, or have left Facebook, so I don't understand relying on only that medium.

Surely it's cheap enough to have s simple website that has a couple of static images on a couple of non-interactive pages (i.e. landing page and then menu)?

What's annoying me today?

Same thing that annoyed me yesterday - the unrelenting sound of these bloody industrial fans drying out our floors!

I am guessing on what I have seen briefly, is that they want more than a static web page but the ability to do social media. Using FB means they don't need a site administrator per se. But it's just bone lazy IMHO.

Lazy, stupid and ignorant. But I think especially ignorant. I have encountered some big companies that also seem to think everyone is on Facebook and it simply does not occur to them that many people are not, especially these days. A case in point is TV One, or at least 7 Sharp. How many times have I heard that stupid woman say just check our Facebook page for details? Jeezus. But they are not the only ones by a long shot. Contact Energy can only be contacted on-line via Facebook. They don't have a public email address. The only other option is a long wait in a phone queue. Screw the customer!

Yet they call themselves "contact". The irony.

They also do WhatsApp which while owned by Meta, doesn't need a FB account.

As far as I am concerned, it is all the same evil empire. Every other power company I have checked has ordinary email. What is so hard about that?

Fantasy land prices of 4K Matrix Resurrections and Dune - $45 at JB

And Matrix from Amazon US costs $9.77 postage while Dune would be $9.04, both from amazon.com

Dune for some reason is very expensive everywhere. Even Amazon US had it for something like US$35 when I bought it a couple of months ago (although I got free delivery so that was nice).

Edit: Just saw your edit. That's plummeted!

Edit 2: Not this edition then?

Confused. Thats $9 for the postage not the movie(s).

Although they had Dune for $22.90ish a few days ago and I hesitated, now it is, as you noticed, $29.96.

Try buying decent quality gel ink pens here: Price for one single pen is the same as entire pack from Amazon.
