A youtuber well known for ruining songs.

"War pigs" lyrics speak out against war at a time when the war in Vietnam was raging. “To me, war was the big Satan,” Butler said. “It wasn't about politics or government or anything. It was evil.

A great example of dry humor or deadpan humor: a matter-of-fact, emotionless performance.

For hundred year old humor, check out Buster Keaton.

Not to get into a discussion on LSD, but the soldiers are acting too consistently to be on a large dose of LSD. I believe the soldiers were told they would feel euphoric and "liberated", given a micro-dose.

Similar to how someone drinking non-alcoholic drinks but being told it's alcoholic may feel drunk.

LSD's mental effects vary wildly, and can just as easily be terrifying. The effects can last up to 15 hours. Let's just say a "bad trip" is something you wouldn't wish on you worst enemy.

So kids at home, google LSD harm reduction beforehand. Link

I think the military is more likely to conduct research on the effect of chemicals that can be used as weapons (by you and to you) rather than placebo effects.

The uncontrollable giggling looked pretty realistic (I'm told).

Anyhoo, the serious, post-war, clipped narration style battles against the story and visuals.

A whole generation being bought up on this.
We know what happens to an AI with garbage training data, what happens to a formative mind.

Addiction is profitable, so there is a very big commercial incentive.
Its not by accident, they have a lab with 'crash test children' examining optimisation.
