Maybe a Jurassic park rebuild of Moas and Haast's Eagle!

Well eventually that might happen.
Ospreys on our lakes would be a sight too. Fiordland would be a great place for mountain lions or lynx etc .
Geektastic: At the end of the day, I prefer cats to birds.
Any bird that cannot survive by adapting will die out other than on islands or in the zoo. That bothers me not at all to be honest.
