no aliexpress but i bought a gaming handheld from ebay it shipped same day i bought it on the 9th of sep and tracking says New Zealand, Arrived at destination country airport that was on the 16th sep so i wonder when i will get my item

juggalo28: Yes finally one of my parcels from April showed up. From the casino enconmy mail . Had given up ever receiving it so it was a nice surprise on Saturday.

Can you check if it was Cainiao Super Economy Global? I have parcel from 15 June that says "New Zealand, Arrived at facility"

Wonder if their sorting centre in Zambia is operating these days 😉

With several parcels saying they are on there way for the last few months, I got my first AliExpress today since before Lockdown. Been a while since I seen my little yellow parcels 😂

Seller decided to send out via Sunyou, tracking number is showing as having been delivered last week, however no package has arrived.

Anyone have any experience with Sunyou is this the norm for them(saying delivered once it hits the local network) or is it more likely to have gone missing?

I've got a couple of things en route via Sunyou, they don't say delivered unless it's delivered. Current status is "NZ Arrived at facility", previously "Arrived at destination country airport". A lot of the delays seem to be in NZ, I've had another one sitting at the postal facility in Auckland for just on two months.

tracking a parcel from China and found today it was delivered to my address in Hastings and i live in Rotorua. Rang courier post and they basically said if it was delivered to Hastings then that was the address on the parcel and it was a mistake from Ali express and contact them . i dont know how to continue now because looking at the order info at AliExpress they have my correct Rotorua address so they are going to say they sent it to the correct address. Sigh

Common sense is not as common as you think.

basically , youre out of luck.
It will now show as 'delivered' , so Aliexpress will see it as delivered .
If Courier Post delivered to the wrong adress , they will never admit that mistake (it does happen)

Some Ali sellers will give fake tracking numbers : they give you someone elses tracking number. They do this when they dont have the goods
and want to stall for time. Ive had this happen .
Contact the Ali seller , hopefully they will admit to whats happen , give some weak excuse & give a refund . When I was given a fake tracking number, the Ali seller did refund me when found out

Ive also had goods delivered to the wrong adress . Tracking showed as delivered , so I had no comeback & was out of pocket $150 .

I’ve generally had a good (but often slow) experience with AliExpress shipping.

I wonder if I’ve got my first failures.

Two small items shipped via Cainiao Super Economy Global in early August. Last status update was Accepted by Last Mile Carrier in mid-August. No updates since.

Reading this thread it looks like I might be in for a failure. I’ll raise a dispute and avoid Cainiao in future. Items were only a few dollars so no big deal.

I find AliExpress Standard Shipping or China Post to usually be fine.

These three are definitely not delivering to NZ: SunYou, Cainiao super economy global and Cainiao super economy for special goods. (this is number one bullsh.. 😄 )

Cainiao is using SunYou service to deliver to NZ which make sense why its not coming, although buyer from UK saying that Cainiao is super fast, takes around 2 weeks to receive.

If I buy from Ali I make sure I choose Yanwen, China Post or Ali standard shipping. Prior to purcase I contact seller and ask if they can send it with mentioned career, otherwise they have a habit to set cheapest career, although you have chosen registered.

I wonder whats happened with my 10 parcels from March April and May that were sent with Cainiao super economy, They all says "NZ. Arrived at Facility"

Always choose AliExpress Standard Shipping it gets delivered in 14-21 days . It’s the best one for a cheap shipping fee even if you have to pay a few dollars more for it rather than free shipping where it will take 30-50 days to get delivered or it might not get delivered at all.

Last few orders have been very hit and miss. New phone cover turned up in 2-3 weeks - shipped via ePacket. May have been a week longer. Cant remember.. Turned up fine. Screen protectors ordered at the same time via Singapore post/4PX? still in transit. Previous order shipped 03/07/2020 has been out for delivery for almost 3 months. That was shipped via cainiao. Think the previous one that this one was to replace which never turned up was shipped the same. One in the middle of all of that turned up at around the 80 day mark shipped via yanwen.

Im just not really bothering to order stuff atm. Had around a 25% failure rate over the last 6 months on things not turning up. Aliexpress has been good in refunding them all but its just a pain in the butt.

I've had several orders from SunYou arrive, and Cainiao, not sure which subset, were OK as well. So far only one shipment hasn't arrived, and that was around the dollar mark including shipping so I'm not fussed.

I'm at week 5 now waiting for something I purchased (Fifine USB K669 Microphone) and I've had to chase up the seller almost every week to update the tracking. I've only just heard today that it's in Auckland Airport. I'm not entirely impressed.
