Hey guys those Yubikey Security keys look fantastic. I use 2fa on some of my passwords. I have recently been concerned about all the data breeches and so forth and I am finding it somewhat overwhelming to change all my passwords everywhere. I have just been focusing on the important ones.

Cheers

Well despite being a older guy nearly all of my 2fa logins are gaming related. I have however had the displeasure of having one of these accounts hacked into and the effort to get my account back was a lot more than I was expecting and certainly not something I'd like to go through again. Having a reliable way of verification would make life easier for sure. Good luck everyone and thanks for the opportunity to win. 4

mikey0000: I mostly use authy but also have last pass authenticator and Microsoft auth. So in short yes I use 2fa including cell 2fa

I realise I missed adding how having a yubi key would change things for me, it would improve my productivity and help me add more 2fa to more services that I use. It would be a game changer!

A Yubikey would help tremendously for my Okta 2FA for work.

They're very safety conscious which is good but the trade off is, It's very difficult to move around within the online environment. A Yubikey would streamline everything and be waaay more efficient. Saving heaps of time.

I've even asked them if they would contribute to getting a Yubikey but unfortunately they said it wasn't possible. So winning one of these would be fantastic.

I use 2FA when required eg logging into Xero, my BNZ and Kiwibank accounts.  I think all banks should require this for accessing accounts.  I recently upgraded my MS Office 2010 to Office 365 because Gmail was going to stop supporting Outlook 2010 which I use to check my Gmail with.  This would require me to type in the password every time Outlook syncs my accounts (5), which is a real pain.

What happens if you lose/misplace your key?

I currently have 2FA on everything I can, but have recently be investigating yubikeys as an option for further security, so being lucky enough to have my name drawn would be excellent timing!

Yes I do use 2FA already but the Yubikey would strengthen my security posture.

I have Ms authenicator, Google Authenticator, and SecurID for different account. Use 2FA for anything around money or work.

I use Microsoft Authenticator for almost all of my MFA needs, with an occasional SMS and 1 site that supported only Authy.

I use Google Authenticator along with Bitwarden as my primary means of keeping safe online. Would love to be even more secure with a Yubikey.

Currently using Authy with apple watch, handy but still slow to scroll to find key. Always wanted a key like Yubi but never got around to it.
