bazzer: Wow! $85 to join the club? I'd back myself to get GA tickets here through ticketmaster anyday. Maybe it's worthwhile in the US or even Australia, but tickets never sell out all that fast here. Five, or even a couple of minutes? That's all it takes to buy tickets anyway.

It might be worth it if fanclub got preferential seating (i.e. best seats in a reserved seating scenario).

LMAO.. how did you go man? bet joining the club wasnt such a bad idea now aye?

Not claiming conspiracy I just think there were very very few GA seats available.

My first try this morning was very quick imo, I actually wondered at the time if it was an issue with trying too soon. The first find tickets screen went straight to no tickets found with no timer. My second attempt went 2min up to 9min then down to finding nothing.

Like I said earlier I'm kicking myself for not skipping the hassle and signing up for the fanclub.

Small venue + huge fanbase = fast sell out

If I could go back in time I'd go back an punch myself in the nads, then signup for the fanclub.

I bought 3 tickets in the Rock presale and when an extra friend decided he wanted to go I bought another one for him in the ticketmaster presale. My friends know they can rely on me to get them tickets! :)

Fair enough, hard luck I guess, I really ddin't mean to come across as an ass. Obviously your first try was quick and maybe there were no tickets left for today's sale. You shouldve tried the presales!

Yeah I did try the Ticketmaster presale on tuesday but I was at work and tied up right when it opened. When I tried would have been ~10min after 12. No luck then which is why was watching it like a hawk this morning.
