Or when they put a TikTok video, then fill the page with "One commenter said... Another one replied... And a third said" and make it look like something worthwhile came out of that crap.

Or news websites that only offer the video for a story. I want to read it, please and thank you.

Also the ones where they just embed half a dozen Twitter comments and claim it is “news”.

I agree so so so much with this.

I read a heck of a lot faster than that people talk in video clips. Often there is an article of BBC website which when clicked is a video and I just close it.

Two things I suck at and detest, thinking of gifts for people and wrapping them.

Back in August Mrs. Floyd, whom I still love dearly and probably always will, suggested let's not buy Christmas presents for each other this year. Whenever one of us needs something we go out and buy it ( a fortunate position to be in). I readily agreed and thought yeehah.

Fast forward to last night.  I (wisely as it turns out) thought I'd better check and asked: "You definitely haven't go me any Christmas presents have you?"  Response:  "Oh, a couple of little things."..........aaaaaarrrrgh.

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

Having blood tests that are always marked as high!

I'm on super high blood thinners and my range is an INR of 3 to 4. (Bleed 3 to 4 times more than "a normal person")

Todays report is marked as high! It's 3.3! Technically it's low as the aim is 3.5!

How hard is it to show the expected range etc and if it is higher or lower!

We have gone the "Shared present" route.

This year we gave each other 1/2 of a robot vacuum cleaner

That the Mitsubishi heat pump I ordered in August is STILL not available and that delivery has been end of September then end of October then end of December then end of January and I’ve just been informed it’s now the end of February!!

Looks like I’ll be changing brands.

The complete lack of "polish" in Windows. I clicked the clock to display the calendar. One second later Windows decides to pop a notification up over the top of it, so that I can't see the thing I'm trying to look at.

Not small for anyone concern. Making the painful and sad decision to close our business due to health. One bright note my wife will continue to work as a contractor.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Because the lab doesn't know your exact target range. Ie normal 2-3 for afib, dvt, pe vrs 3-4 your mech valves, recurrent thrombotic events.

Inr also used to assess liver failure and marker of coagulopathy in sepsis and poor screening tool for "I'm a bleeder"

I'm sorry to hear that, we have heard over the years how much effort you have put jnto your business, and how well you have treated your staff.

I hope that there will be a silver lining from this for you.

Thanks, we have secured roles for all but two staff. They have decided to seek a change of direction.

Echo that. Life is change, but hopefully ultimately for the better. You can never know how things may work out. Closed doors and open windows and all of that. Good luck with it all.

That's almost an identical timeline to me. Ordered August last year just prior to lockdown. The final bit arrived the week before Christmas and installed end of January I think.

Problem was I only wanted Mitsubishi, in a certain colour and model.

Edit. Went back and checked my emails. Ordered mid October. Installed mid January. But I was kept updated, it wasn't the installer's fault.
