You're new here aren't you? :-).
Since this thread seems to have gone down some sort of rabbit hole focusing on literary figures and video games... how about those posthumous Roald Dahl edits to remove words such as 'fat' or 'ugly'?
Personally, I am more offended by those than any beliefs a well-known author may or may not have.

"Hogwarts Legacy" is a video game; the "on both sides" is indicating an Internet-Argument about if JK Rowling should still be considered a good person or not, based on things she's said over the last couple of years
So it's a video game where you argue about the merits of a famous personality? Isn't that what Twitter is for, and it's traditionally Trump that the game is played over.
It's a video game based on Harry Potter. People who thinks J K Rowling is a demon because of her comments give low ratings to the game (even though she was not involved in developing it directly) and people who supports the author think the opposite side are idiots trying to create a non-issue.
Like things in these days (alt-right/conservatives vs liberals, anti-vaxxers vs people who actually don't want to get sick, and so on) there's a lot of stupid going on.

Food Bag again. The recipe card designs were updated recently, with a comment that the new cards are "easier to follow". They're not. They're easier to read. They still have the same copy/pasted errors that they've always had, but they're in a bigger font now.

We once got one addressed to a different organisation in the same industry. Presumably he applied for both jobs simultaneously, but I wonder whether he had our name on the other application.

Some of that sounds reasonable. Some employers seem to think their employees should be up at the crack of noon!
