Sold a $500 item and they take $39 success fee. plus the $4 listing fee.
vexxxboy:Water Pistol ?
I was thinking Nerf Gun but similar idea. If you're in a mobility scooter you can probably get away with things another person couldn't.

No kidding; those things can go fast!
Microsoft handing out the wrong patch with the correct KB Number via Windows Update causing the update to fail and half the services on the server to be disabled. It feels like the latest in a never-ending list of QA failures.

i thought of a Nerf gun but then you would have to ask for the darts back
Common sense is not as common as you think.

Aliexpress knock off darts. A small fraction of the price making them "disposable" vs the cost of genuine ones.
OPSM...spammed me via TXT messaging AGAIN today.
I had already unsubscribed in October last year, which they acknowledged.
Complaint sent to DIA
Annoying, isn't it? I unsubscribed from texts from another company and got the acknowledgement back... so they started emailing instead.
Why do marketing departments piss off their potential customers like this? Surely it's counter-productive?
Of course, when the cyclone hit, so did the barrage of marketing emails from companies telling me that they're "keeping me safe" (and can I please buy some things while we're at it?)

well I sent them a sh!t-o-gram telling them that "I should have gone to SpecSavers" if that is how they treat their customers.

Unfortunately it probably isn't. I don't know about the statistics for this case but for something similar, everyone hates laugh tracks but the data shows that this audio MSG improves perception of comedies. Heck, even American sitcoms can occasionally be made almost funny by heavy application of laugh tracks.

Not for me, canned laughter => I go watch something else.
Mind you, with my 24/7 migraine I almost watch zero TV these days, it just annoys me.
I stopped watch free to air TV 2+ years ago because of how annoying the ads were and how bad the programs were
( I do miss "The Repair Shop", but can not cope with the adverts)
I don't mind actual recorded laughter where an audience is reacting to the programme. It's the generic "stock" laughter that annoys me.

For every 99 people they piss off, there's one customer who clicks on the link and proceeds with a purchase.
