That'd be a waste of a good durian.

elpenguino:

After I've had a hard day churning code, my wife will ask me a question with 2 answers like 'Are you staying in or going out?'.

I answer 'yes!' which is met with a withering stare followed by 'which one is it then?' and/or stop being a '*&&^&'.

I answer "Yes" which in to my mind is the first option but she wants a definitive, clear option.

I should have written that more clearly. I was referring to a conditional statement , such as in vb.net:

If condition A or condition B (or condition C...) then

In the above statement, if any one of the conditions are true then the entire statement returns true.

Hence my response. I haven't tried explaining all this to my wife. I don't think it will make her smile.

Yikes. Are you sure the swab you're about to use on me is fresh?

Having @bartender's dog here for the day, playing with our dog (or trying to, our dog is a grumpy old lady, doesn't seem to keep up with the puppy).

Seeing my teenage son go off to a music festival with friends and knowing he's with their family and will be happy and safe...

Of course the main difference between an oral swab and anal swab is the taste...

Pretty decent shine for dusty Dubai. Wonder what it looks like after the event. Enjoy.

It shouldn't be too bad this time, we are going up into the Hatta lakes, which are about 330m above sea level. Christmas at the beach was a different story...
