Handle9:

It shouldn't be too bad this time, we are going up into the Hatta lakes, which are about 330m above sea level.

Dad loved the Hatta Lakes. It's a beautiful place, especially this time of year when the water levels are down. Dad couldn't believe his luck when he found this place. It was a bargain but he couldn’t work out why. It was just a block of sand with a beautiful view. He reckoned we were the luckiest family in the world.

How much does he want for that camel?

Fifty bucks! Tell him he's dreaming.

It looks amazing. We can but vicariously enjoy it through you since our travelling days seem at an end.

Having @bartender's dog here for the day, playing with our dog (or trying to, our dog is a grumpy old lady, doesn't seem to keep up with the puppy).

Thank you so much @freitasm for looking after him. He came home and was completely pooped and took himself straight to bed. It sounds like he was great with everyone in your house.

That first swig of beer on a Friday night after a solid week's work and having already cut the lawns.

Was it a 'free' photo session? :) Spoiler Alert, you don't get anything worth anything and it's just a way to lure you into a high-pressure sales session :)

Haha, no it was kosher.  I won a week's free accommodation in Marram Community Trust holiday home.

( For clarity, I took the photo, I wasn't the subject.  The latter would certainly never win a prize.)
