i was diven a DD number for my agent. they might be on a call when you ring but they are usually back to you in 10-15 mins

the same with my insurance company but i had to deal with the Australian call centre without any warning , just transferred, and it took a few confusing moments after was asked what state i was in to work out where i was.
Common sense is not as common as you think.

The fact that they answered the phone with "G'day blue" didn't ring alarm bells?
The sheer inability of groups of teenagers on a train to dial down the volume as they all talk/shout over each other.
(Currently in pain on the 5.30 from Wellington to Masterton)

i am in the middle of painting a 6 foot 30 metre long fence, i have 2-3 metres to go and i have run out of fence stain, the only problem is that the stain is only sold in 10 litre tubs. expensive last couple of metres, roughly $25 a metre to finish. Sigh.
Common sense is not as common as you think.
