Double clicking radio buttons (🔘) in excel selects the option and does it without having to click ok.

Great for all the times I run a paste-special multiply every day

Cloud data centers are like consultants who first take your watch away to tell you what time it is in exchange for money. ;-)

Kind of made me "hah"..

'Waste of resources': Mongrel Mob claim police 'intimidation' after raid of birthday function

Diddums.... Because they don't intimidate people by doing things such as attending funerals, crossing the street from the funeral parlour and relieving themselves on neighbouring houses and vehicles

From https://www.theguardian.com/books/2020/may/03/arguing-with-zombies-review-paul-krugman-trump-republicans

Political consultant Rick Wilson:

Wilson also identified the billionaires’ effect on the nation’s capital. Washington, he wrote, has become “the drug-resistant syphilis of political climates, largely impervious to treatment and highly contagious”.

Last night we dried our 9 year old daughters hair with a hair dryer for the first time (my wife strongly dislikes them). The look on my daughters face was priceless. She was speechless for some time, and then said "You've had me drying my hair with a TOWEL for 9 years and you had one of these in the cupboard!?!?" :)

Bees!

We've had lots around our place since we added some flowers in pots to the decks.

Great to see so many instead of the usual assortment of spiders and wasps.

Going to a "wash your own car" carwash and seeing the whole summer's worth of grime and dust slide off with the soapy water.

So satisfying.

According to the 'social networks' I don't exist at all and I'm happy that there are no followers right behind me. :-)

After last weeks -16°C and snow, we 'switched' to +16°C and sun. WTH is this 32°C temperature difference in a few days? Spring starts in 5 weeks. :-)

The absurdity of Google Maps. I was at the Wellington waterfront and asked for directions to an address in Manawatu. It proposed a rather 'scenic' route, via Picton.
