A 22% price increase for my property insurance.
My property manager is getting on my tits as well but I can more easily give her some feedback.
Every single one of those steps is wrong, referring to things that don't exist, are located elsewhere, are labelled differently, etc. Every. Single. One.
If you can't laugh at yourself then you probably shouldn't laugh at others.
Report it to DIA and see how they like them apples.
That my kettle takes longer to boil in winter, which is when I want it to boil faster so I can have a drink that warms me up!
At a recent hospital visit I saw one of those instant hot water taps for the first time in person. Expensive, but kinda cool.
Hah, reminds me of several years ago when a local road changed from 100 km/h to 80. People complained that their commutes now took too long.
Someone (maybe from the council) did the maths and replied with something like "Your commute is theoretically 32 seconds longer, and in practice less than that because you can't accelerate instantly. Is that really such a big deal?"
The sheer amount of time wasted (At the time & After) caused by Scammers, and the "attitude" of Bank / Telco etc that because YOU didn't actually lose anything the total lack of interest shown!
You can provide exact call times, even though blocked to you, the Telco with Police Report and Agreement to release the information can provide it AND Block it incoming into their network! (And hopefully pass on to the other telcos)
You are on a Fixed IP so any accesses to your Online stuff from a different (Non-Bank) IP is the Scammer! So they can find out exactly where they are in the World!
All to try and STOP the next person (Who may be YOU) from being Scammed!
Without going to the "Top" at the Telco - A completely frustrating - most would give up experience!
Without the Wife actually working for the Bank, and able to "drive the blocking etc" from the Inside, it is impossible to get anywhere meaningful in time! But hey "Your Call is Important to us" as you waste another usually hour of your life!
As a result I have had the Telco Fraud Team reach out to me, and agree that "it shouldn't be this hard"! Trying to change with Feedback given by me. Here's hoping. And thanks to the CEO for getting a Very Uphill Ball Rolling!
Currently, the Wife is drafting an email to the Bank CEO with beginning to end, and thoughts to seriously change the system back in favour of the Customer & not the Scammer!
Here's hoping!

I've mentioned this before in other threads, but if you're serious about tea then consider getting a Zojirushi. Boils the water once, then uses minimal power to keep it at temperature in a triple-walled thermos so you've got instant hot water any time you want a cup.
Bung: Are you describing heating say 2 cups of water in an electric jug where the difference between 4 and 20⁰C starting point is about 10 secs according to the online calculator at https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/water-heating or some ancient ritual involving kindling and matches?Well it sure is small and … annoying.
I found a bug in a piece of open source software. Some searching found that I'm not the only person to run into this issue, but apparently nobody ever actually filed a bug report.
I filed a report, and a few days later one of the developers put a comment on it saying he'd replicated the bug and confirmed it was an issue, and that it would be fixed in due course.
Nothing happened for about the next six weeks, then a different developer added a comment saying he couldn't replicate the issue, and closed the bug as "fixed". The first dev's comment has conveniently vanished without a trace (apart from the copy still in my email).
