Anyone from here buying from temu? Ignore the free shipping ends at midnight banner, it's continued on for a fortnight so far

https://www.temu.com/

Some decent deals considering it's free shipping on orders over $15 and has a bunch of whats already on aliexpress, they give a $5 credit if it's not 'shipped'(packaged) in 5 days and a full refund plus shipping the goods if it's not shipped in 15 days. They aso give a $5 credit if it arrives after the delivery window has passed.

My first order took 9 days to arrive, my second on March 18th got a $5 credit for not being shipped after 5 days and it now says shipped but no further tracking updates since the 24th when a # was allocated. Not sure if I get a further credit if it arrives after the delivery window on April 2nd or not.

We're obviously not buying the same sort of things from Ali. I searched for some of my recent purchases and none of the top search results contained what I was after, with one exception. I searched for a brass nipple. I was pleasantly surprised that the first search result was exactly that. Unfortunately, every other result thereafter was not the sort of nipple I was looking for. NSFW, if you work with a bunch of prudes.

With the current cold snap moving through the motu there are plenty of brass nipples about.

In this case more of a "what hasn't arrived yet", this is a question about Banggood shipping from Australia. Ordered some woodworking stuff about two weeks ago and the result has been exactly like a dropshipping con, first about a week of the item being prepared for shipment with nothing happening despite the estimated shipping date being a day after it was ordered, then an NZ Post tracking number was allocated but still nothing had shipped. This is identical to a dropshipping con where they play for time while it goes from China to the alleged shipping country and gets repacked for "local" shipment. Has anyone else experienced this from Banggood with shipping allegedly from Australia?

Is anyone else waiting for packages handled by Czech Post? If so, you might want to check your tracking to see if there has been an update.

I am now seeing tracking entries from February 22 through to March 28th, indicating packages are "Pending border clearance". I check packages regularly, so it doesn't seem plausible that I could have missed these entries.

The last updates on mine, ordered early Feb, were a departure notification from Prague (allegedly) on 27 Feb and then a border clearance notification on 11 March. Since then nothing.

Is there a reason why recent packages have been showing pending border clearance. I’ve ordered packages from Aliexpress in the past and it has never shown that?

Depends who its going thru as to what states it will get. I have seen some pretty weird biosecurity inspection ones on some parcels in the past, not recently tho.

It finally arrived, with a NZ Post label on it, and I can't see anything else under it. The entire address is "Name, Street, Suburb, AKL North Depot", so there's no way this originated from any supposed "AU Warehouse", it couldn't even have come from outside Auckland. The From address is a PO Box at Auckland Airport and a fake phone number.

Yeah thats what they put on it and drop into the post stream locally. If you can get to the underneath one it will have the long tracking number on it. I have been told the sticker is put on in China when they bag them up.

That's actually the only sticker on there, there's a Veiko picking sticker with an SKU and item description:

and then a NZ Post label, nothing else:

After seeing your post (had not heard of them before ) I gave them a whirl.

Very impressed. Goods arrived 6 days before they stated delivery window closed. I ordered several items from different sellers and they all arrived in one package - which I noted had an East Tamaki address on the label (which you also use for returns).

I see they are still promoting Free Delivery.

wondering what makes them better over alixpress? pricing seems to be a bit more so is it cause the offer local returns?
