DroppingThrowing my iPhone Pro and then running over it. Sadly it did not live long or prospered. The last post has sounded.
Can't say I blame you. iPhones infuriate me too.
Google search for a simple how-to solution and getting a whole lot of long-winded, subscription-begging videos when I only want a few lines of instructions.
(I know, -site:youtube.com would help but you still get sponsored suggestions and it's a drag)
(I know, use a different search engine)
Sly/underhand price increases.
Same size bottle. Left one 375 ml, right one 450 ml.

So the product did what it says on the label?

That's just stupidly dilute hydrogen peroxide, you can make it yourself from 3% stuff which is about $10/L, which will last you a lifetime at the tiny amounts used in Vanish.
(People who respond to some random post 15 messages back without quoting any of it so you have no idea what they're talking about).

Hydrogen peroxide has a poor shelf life, unfortunately. You can get 60% for less than $10 per liter, although it's probably quite hazardous at that concentration.

Ugh, I wouldn't keep 60% peroxide in the house... for anyone wanting a better (safer, longer lasting) alternative, get sodium percarbonate a.k.a. oxygen bleach a.k.a. a million trade names all of which have some form of "oxy" in them. It's $10-15/kg and that will last a lifetime.
Edited to add: Peroxide at that concentration is OK if handled correctly, but most people won't be familiar with just how much you need to dilute it to get it down to a safe level, and what can happen if you were to apply it undiluted to something like cotton.
Edited a second time: Possibly more for the W/T/F thread, that most of the YT videos for H2O2 use seem to be about removing blood stains. @Technofreak, what were you needing this stuff for again?

It’s annoying that after I read the previous 2 posts, I can’t get Its Not Unusual by Tom Jones out of my head.

I understand, my iPhone was nearly converted into a frisbee a few times. This time however it met its untimely demise after an encounter with the wheels of my mobility scooter and the sharp concrete ridge in the garage door. I should have done something with that dopey ridge when I was capable.
Oh its just a phone life goes on. Its the first phone I have ever destroyed. Now waiting for my new phone to arrive, luck would have it I have a spare phone.
