This whole AI fever is infuriating. It doesn't add anything and makes everything worse at the moment.

It really needs some crypto to add to the mix.

Spotted it being used in a supplier's email for pictures of monsters in their monster sale.  Tell tale signs were a monster working on something with what was supposed to be patchleads erupting out of it, but the scene was outdoors.  Then there was a dancefloor of dancing monsters, but some of them had the usual AI imagery quirks.

That's an artist not being paid

The flipside is supposed to be an AI related job or two created somewhere else.

How many grandparents today however were complaining that computers were taking all their jobs.  Now look at the role of IT in any business and its resulting employment.

Sounds nearly human then.

That the supermarket duopoly is so hard to break, that the only real and serious competitor just couldn't survive.

My question would be why did the competitor fail? Were they incompetent? Did they misjudge the market? Were they undermined by dodgy supermarket practices? If the duopoly was responsible, they should be hammered by the regulator. Otherwise it isn't really fair to blame them, as much as I hate the duopoly.

Fairness be damned! And get out of here with your reason and calm statement of the possible facts! I'm here to be outraged and that's what I will be!

They're doing it wrong. The soup ladles go in the dishwasher, not the washing machine.

Now we just need a Stuff article about it. "You're cleaning your soup ladles wrong."
