Don't have a security system, but live right next to a shared walkway which is used by thousands of people every week, so keen to protect myself!

We'd had Lucy for about a week when we came across a story about the effectiveness of the breed as guard dogs. A home had been burgled. Police couldn't work out why there was a pile of the dog's toys in the middle of the lounge. After the burglar was caught it came to light that the dog wanted to play with the burglar while the robbery was ongoing, and kept bringing it's toys out to play. We'd love having a proper security system.

Currently have a very basic paradox alarm, but would love something more high-tech like this.

Currently have a 'standard' alarm, selection of sports equipment, and my wife waiting or any unwanted intruders. Alarm may alert the monitoring company and hurt an intruders ears but, probably not a badly as a 9 iron.

Side note: Hopefully no one entering this has ever posted their address - just given away their protection and address if they have.

I have a Ring doorbell, and a scary dog

OK. I have a Ring doorbell and a completely placid happy dog who might bark, but not in a very convincing manner...

Currently have PIRs with an alarm.

Was looking for a video wireless kit for a while to complete the solution, and CleverLoop seems to be a well-balanced one.

Thank you.

House has an alarm, but getting rather old in the tooth; worst fault is one zone that beeps constantly whenever a person passes by - hence the fabric covering that sensor!

Also, our sleepout/HT has no  working alarm, after the cheap TM wireless unit proved to be a failure - so something to secure that would go down a treat...
