The stupidity of people who drive with one hand while talking on a mobile with the other.
Especially as school is getting out and they are in a sign written vehicle - what muppets!
Just got a report from a user that some software - that we've been using for the best part of a decade - is suddenly crashing on startup. Sure enough, it is. Looking at the log shows that it silently tries to connect to the vendor's site to get the latest documentation... and the file is now returning a 404. Some resilience would be nice!

The response time on the Countdown self-service checkouts is ridiculous compared to the New World ones which is near instant
Both seem fine to me, I use both

Trademe sellers who sell 'genuine' parts but then when they arrive it is clear they are non-genuine.
They steal business from people selling genuine parts. They also steal business from traders who admit they are not selling genuine parts.
More importantly, they are putting peoples lives at risk by selling goods with cheap components that are not certified as safe.
I emailed the trader who was trading under an 'english' name but actually has a chinese name for an email address -- and they say that maybe they sent the wrong one . Well, rubbish to that, he knows exactly the crap he is selling .
Now, if i put in a negative feedback I will receive negative myself. So, whats the point? This trader has 99% positive feedback rating and will continue to keep that.
Sure, i knew at the time that a cheaper price (but not that much cheaper) indicates it could be fake, but i took the risk anyway. Will lay a complaint with trademe but I doubt they will do a thing other than to warn the user. He should be kicked right out.
Thats the thing, people do good, get rewarded, by feedback, word of mouth, but this stuff you mention blows that away. its no better than tourist resort shops who know you wont be back, so who cares.

It would be great to be able to program a car to accept some kind of standard key fob/remote , like the way you program a security access system to accept a fob. Then just have one fob to open everything.
I just couldn't cope if it automatically locked the vehicle when I walked away, it would do my head in.
Mine does. But it has a mind of its own. Many when I think, dang, i'll grab what I forgot. CLUNK.
Mirrors.
They are fake. When I turn my head round to check the next lane so I can change lanes, thats real.
Taxis that insist on driving at 10km/h below the posted speed limit. I assume this is because the meter counts time and well as distance and so they can charge more for the same trip

And who sit in the right lane while doing so
That reminded me of those predator taxis that pull up every few minutes outside the Sky Bus pick up area in the Auckland CBD. Saying lines like 'there are no more buses running today'.... They get a few tourists who don't know it is a 24 hour service.

I complained to the trader who replied that he meant his prices are genuine, not the product. He offered a refund if i return the goods but my time is worth more than the $35 it cost.

"I genuinely sell a fake product for $35.00"
YouTube videos where the uploader doesn't bother naming the movie they're copyright infringing.
I just clicked on one before, its title is "Sci Fi Movies Full Length English - Alien Movies- Best Science Fiction Movies"
It's actually the movie Signs with Mel Gibson.

Not sure if I am misinterpreting their english, but this is what i wrote to them....
"Here are a few errors on the label that indicate this is non-genuine."
And, i gave some examples (spelling errors etc).
And, this is their exact reply....
"sorry we didn’t check all our product carefully and we do use genuine price bought from our supplier, this afternoon checked all our current stock are the same"
I will get around to reporting this to trademe.

Oh jeez, that drives me nuts. It's waaay worse in Adelaide than anywhere I experienced in NZ too. And they'll sit beside each other on 2-3 lane roads.
But you hit the nail on the head... It's only whenever there's a passenger in the cab.
I got one from the airport a couple of years ago (Uber is illegal here, still). Told him if he wasn't doing the same speed as the rest of the traffic, we would get out right there and he could do the 20 minutes back to the airport with no fare. He sped up.
I also laid a complaint because his check engine light was on and he shifted into neutral at every set of lights to stop the POS stalling.
Have only taken "corporate" type cars to the airport since... It's worth the extra $15
Edit: Found the photos. Just remembered his interior light was hanging off too... won't bore you with that.
Good look for tourists though... ar$3holes
