Coping pretty well thanks🙂.  The young fella has moved to Perth (to go and work in the mines) where he doesn't know a soul yet so we seem to be chatting to him more now than we did when he was living here.  (He's also discovering quickly how expensive life is when you have to pay your own way.)

Prepare for an expanding waistline. I made some bread yesterday, it was gone in an hour. No amount of willpower can resist warm bread with melting butter.

MadEngineer: Probably doesn't help that I prefer butter over marge 

 

I saw your link and thought "I hope this is one of those old Marge ads". I was not disappointed!

Although my favourite was the one where the girl guides (?) are invading the hall at 7:30 sharp.

There used to be one very similar but had the line "oh no not marge" ... wish I could find it

That the rule that luggage/possessions expand to use available space seems to apply to all the range rovers around my neighbourhood. Huge car but still not enough boot space as all have those roof capsule things...

Mean while we seem to cope with a ford focus without roof rack..
