The pathological inability of the Metservice to mention the ''r' word - rain, without adding 'heavy falls possible'.

p.s. anyone know any Chinese chalk dealers, no questions asked...

I'd probably never hang washing during cloudy given we are pretty much entirely coastal. Weather changes quickly

Sorry. My fault. Washed the car...

Today is one of those rain approaching, approaching, fading, bit closer, bit fainter, will it or won't it days I think. Rain radar is second site opened after my Emby server home page.

But it can dry quickly if its windy, you just have to catch it before that shower that arrives just as its done.

The fact that after 30-odd years Windows Disk Management is still unable to actually, you know, manage disks, requiring you to go the hair-raising diskpart route to get things done.  If only the people who worked on diskpart were in the same organisation as the ones who did Disk Management and could pay them a visit with a clue bat.

Spam email by Joe Compton and his conspiracy book

Get 3-4 daily now, he burns though gmail accounts (we are up to joecompton977) as they get shut down for spamming... but they ALSO host his "book"

I did! I brought it in two minutes ago, and it just started raining again. Perfect timing?

A misspelt word (on the author's part) in a crossword (or, in this case, the word is actually spelt correctly but its meaning is not that of the clue).

Possible, though why he came back twice to make sure he had his measurements correct seems strange.
