Rikkitic:I am getting a lot of scam calls at the moment. Either my Internet is about to be disconnected or unusual charges have been made on my credit card.
This is what the Telecrapper 2000 was created for. Lenny is close enough to a NZ accent to pass muster if you used it here.
Rikkitic:
I put on an old and frail voice and act really dumb. It makes them think they have an easy mark and encourages them to try harder.
Can confirm.
Ross and Rachel are dating! If indeed true, good for them and I wish them luck, but it's really nobody else's business but theirs (until such time as they want to sell their story, then it's all business).
This comment on the NZ Herald article really made me smile however...

The Guardian - Hear be kiwis: New Zealand celebrates as distinctive cry of iconic bird returns [text + audio]
Kiwi watchers have recorded the sound of the bird’s song at many sites that were silent just five years ago 🙂🙂

Sent to me by a nurse in NSW:

Along with a comment:
The irony of antivaxxers saying they "don't want to be part of an experiment" without realising they're now the control group.

neb: How long was the wait? Thinking of live blogging the experience...
So far: Everyone's really patient and cool about it even when told it's a three hour or more wait. Car lines several km long. One of the testers just mentioned they've had two hours sleep.
The bad: Idiots who won't turn their engines off, sitting there spewing exhaust fumes for several hours.
No wait in Johnsonville. Called the medical centre yesterday at 8.30am, booked wife and myself for 10.30am, drove in and out by 10.35am.
Results came 24 hours later.
