Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

Bung:

Was there any indication where she was? Before burning her at the stake remember that State Highway 1 borders and passes through parts of Tongariro National Park. It's been a couple of years since I've driven that way but while I remember plenty of signs in the Army training areas I don't remember anything about not stopping in that area of the Park.

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

Neither of those reports identify the exact location. I've clipped a section of a map showing the park boundaries. The 3.5km section of SH1 including the Waipakihi Road junction is within Tongariro National Park then the park boundary is nowhere near the road until after the Rangipo turn-off. I'm sure the kiwi know the signs won't save them.

Exact location is irrelevant.

You implied she might have been innocent through ignorance.  Both articles clearly demonstrate she was being a dick.

Exact location is relevant. If she had driven up an access road into the park she'd clearly be inside the park. If she was on a highway at the edge of the park where is the boundary? Which side of the road was the dogs in snow picture taken?

SH1 cuts through the park. Would DOC stop cars checking for animals?

She was being a dick but so are all the boy racers posting on social media and they are mostly ignored unless witnessed by Police

Why would DOC be allowed to search cars on a public road for dogs? That is absurd if they expect dog owners to not use a main highway.

This poor excuse of a human intentionally got out of the car and posed for pictures.

Look at what happened to Johnny Depp and the poo lady when they took a dog to Aussie where they were not allowed to, making a joke of laws. That is a more viable punishment to embarrass this waste of space than take a token fine off them.

Websites that use a separate URL for their password reset process; so that your Password Manager cannot find the just-reset password when you try to login to the main site...

Apps that seem to randomly log you out without notification.

Opened the NZTA app to check RUC expiry - "Welcome to the NZTA App, please log in or create an account", followed by later today - hmmmm, haven't had any hits from the GoodNature Trap for a while... Open the App and oh, no wonder - logged itself out!  Grrr.

Yup. Even YouTube seems to sign me out for no obvious reason recently.

Apps and websites that hijack links and make them open in the app. Especially annoying when the app is slow. If I wanted to look in the app I'd open the app..

There are some nasty viruses around. I had some similar effects. For a couple of weeks I ended up avoiding any extra hours and going to bed early every day. Even so, it was not easy to get through.

Have had something that lasted 4 weeks, 3 flareups which resulted in 2 times taking time off work.

GP says that its going around and there are 4 things it could be, the 'vid, flu, RSV or one other that the fancy tests don't show up. And then you get it again with one of the others.

Most annoying one is The Warehouse. You do a Google search, see something in TW, click on it and sure enough the App opens in the browser but which immediately reverts to the App. This means I need to turn the tablet to portrait which I hate. Fine on a phone but not on a tablet.
