Behodar:
My PS5 deciding to download at about 20 Mb/s on a gigabit connection. It's usually much faster than this!
I find that restarting it completely will usually make it go at a better speed the next time, but PS network is so much slower than the xbox one almost all the time anyway.
^ A place we stayed at on holiday included a PlayStation. The download time to install a new game - albeit crazy fibre speed - still took something like an hour or two. Reminded me of when I was a kid loading games from tape. Made me laugh when the kid realised he’d have to wait for that and the timing landed around dinner time hahaha
freitasm:
Downloads are usually measured in MB/s, mbps is the line speed.
Are you sure it wasn't 20 MB/s (160 mbps)?
Yes, I'm sure. It doesn't list the speed, just the MB transferred, so I did a rough calculation myself.
I'm sure I've said this one before: When someone reports an error with something and sends a screenshot of the error message, but with the URL, clock and any sort of record identifiers cropped out.
What I haven't said before: When that happens, so you go back and ask for a real screenshot, and you get one... followed by "now I'm getting this error too" and another screenshot of just the error message, with everything else cropped out again.
Skinny bugging me about upgrading my phone to 4g....

I was really quite sick last week, I was laid up all week likely with influenza.
I’m feeling “ok” but as soon as I try and concentrate or have stress from work I’m finding it really difficult. I know it’ll get better but it’s so frustrating at the moment.
When people snort out loud (as in , inhale their snot) in the office (or in public in general for that matter).
I know we're a diverse country and community, and it's normal in some cultures, but I still find it gross.
Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

Kids both went to Bali yesterday and I missed the flood news. So scary and here I was worried about the flights and relieved that they both landed! Actually 13 dead in one report.
Mailing lists. I got new tyres six weeks ago, and I didn't consciously sign up to a mailing list. Today I get an ad for tyres. I don't need any: I only just bought some!
I have always wondered at the logic of that. You buy a dozen knick-knacks and immediately you start getting swamped with ads for knick-knacks. Someone who has just bought them is likely to be the last person in the world who needs or wants more.

Agree.
This one will give you nightmares!
The outpouring of love and sympathy for the chap that got shot in America.
Looking into his past comments, it doesn't appear that he was a very nice or tolerant person, yet seemingly normal and well-adjusted people are coming out of the woodwork saying what an inspiration he was and how great his debates were etc.
I have a colleague who has expressed this on our work chat and it's polarised the team.

I'm not going to name names, but I remember a while ago a movie came out. It was terrible, and the reviews agreed. Some time later the main actor died unexpectedly, and suddenly everyone was talking about how great the movie was.
