Don't talk to me about Amazon AU.

Ordered something on Dec4 and latest info is delivery about Jan21. Just as well I'm not in a hurry for it.

Only ordered because of the $10 discount they gave me when I complained about my previous orders taking 6-7 weeks.

This is my third and final order from them.

This is US. The prevailing theory on Reddit is that Amazon expected X units, but only got Y units after the distributor tossed everything at retail for Black Friday (release date was 25 Nov). Amazon has finally managed to obtain enough to fulfil orders.

Peppermint Crisp bars appeared at Woolworths about a fortnight ago (or at least that's when I became aware of their existence). Today I couldn't find them, and they've disappeared off online shopping. Sigh.

Asked my vechicle service/WOF provider whether they accept Amex and their response is:

Not American Express but we accept Eftpos and Credit Cards.

Don't get me wrong, good to know they dont accept Amex. But when they follow up with a statement that they accept credit cards it just makes me wonder if they understand payment cards at all...

More than a little annoying.

Dog barked and woke me around 3am, the security light was on in the carport, had a look, did not see anything and presumed it was a cat.

After breakfast when I went out...tadahhhh....some AHole had stolen my trailer.

They had cut the chain holding it to the carport post.

Its a 7x 4 cage trailer "Trayla" brand

Anything that would make it stand out? Do Trayla number the frames?

Stepping on the bathroom scales this morning.

I found after a long time of telling people that I was 105kg that after using the one at my Drs mine were substantially under-reporting, so I threw them out and never replaced them.

Could someone tell AI (and I include the I bit purely for convenience) that people, really quite often, have five, and only five, fingers on each hand (that would be two hands btw).

Got it. So, you want really quite often but not always five fingers. No thumbs from now on. Got it! Yours sincerely, AI ; ).

You need these little failures to warn you. Youtube is filling up with faked videos.

Companies that don't bother to publish their holiday hours. I ordered something from an NZ retailer six days ago and they've yet to do anything with it. Or maybe this is their normal, non-holiday level of service, in which case, yikes.
