Just got stung by a bee, on my cheek while riding my Vespa. Had my visor open on my helmet and it flew in a got stuck there before stinging me. Ouch, that frigging hurts!

No allergies thankfully. I think this is the first time I’ve been stung since my teenage years. I forgot how bloody painful it is.

Yowza ! Sympathies. I've had one fly up my sleeve and sting up there so I appreciate you'll be sore for a few days.

The hosts file suggestion above is a good idea.

I missed it while away for work. It's absolutely my fault, I understand that.

Been told today by Metaname that they can't re-enable my domain name from their end for "security reasons". Far out. I've transferred the money to them, they've acknowledged that it's there, I'm emailing them from the address registered to the domain name...

They don't appear to answer the phone, nor return calls from messages left, and send one email response a day to me.

As I said, I know this is of my own doing, but trying to fix it seems so much harder than it really should be. You've got my money, do the thing I pay you to do.

I'll look into the hosts option, but the vault warden instance wants a secure connection or it won't open.

Hosts file will not prevent a secure connection unless your cert has run out and is not able to renew because of the dud DNS.

I had heard good things about metaname but this is making me rethink changing to them if 1st domains ever let me down.

Is unlawful detention by the likes of ICE/CBP also covered? Or is it counted as "war"?

If someone arrives in most countries without correct documents they will be detained and removed. All quite lawful including in New Zealand. In fact someone arriving in New Zealand with correct documents can be still be lawfully detained and removed if immigration authorities have reason to suspect that person intends to violate the tens of their visa.

Announcement this morning that butter prices going up again. I don’t get it. You’d think we would have a glut and prices would go down with the war and not being able to ship to those countries.

I saw the typical queue of people outside the gull yesterday all looking like they are in a 3rd world place queuing for fuel, none outside the Z so I guess they are valuing their time less than the small savings that gull offers.
