For all we know there might be 500K of hardware in there (required to accomodate the new systems that backend the new website, software licensing, data conversion.

Couldn't agree more. This is almost certainly a scope issue, not a vendor issue.

Does it contain the entire library book catalogue? That could be quite a bit of work creating a database and user interface to it. I would look myself but the website was so jarringly ugly it was giving me a headache.

Poli payments on PB Tech now want a QR code scanned in the ANZ app......

My business account chucks this back at me, my personal account gets a step further but also an error. More hoops to jump through for a poxy $23 cable. Debit card with surcharge here I come.

Whenever I interact with AI (*coughllmcough*), I find myself 50% after an answer but also 50% curious how it will answer. Sometimes I'm deliberately a little vague with my input for the question so that I don't end up possibly sending it down the wrong path. This however was 100% curiosity

ANZ is supported for Online EFTPOS, which supposedly doesn't require giving your banking details to a 3rd (4th?) party, but works through your phone banking app.

Officially banks tell you not to use Poli.
