Just pour petrol over the infected area and light a match. Problem solved :-)

kiwitrc: What version of carpet do you have, I heard Carpet 2.0 has most of the bugs removed?

What? There's carpet versions?? I didn't know that lol.. I just have heavy-duty carpet.

I don't believe the heavy-duty edition of Carpet 2 has been released yet, so you must be on Carpet 1.0

Maybe install Girlfriend 5.1 or later, install the vacuum plugin and run regularly.

Alternatively, install a completely new edition or version of Carpet after successfully uninstalling your current version.

2.0 Pro shouldn't be afflicted by problems like that. I suspect your installation have become corrupted.

Your only options are therefore to either completely uninstall Carpet and install a new version, install Girlfriend and/or wife (the AND option there is usually creates all sorts of other problems along the track somewhere!!!) along with a suitable cleaning routine add-in, OR install a Run Once Pro Cleaner module...

As for the exact bug, I am unsure, sorry.

Hey...how about an App?  You could somehow use your iPhone to seek and destroy pesky bugs in your home, maybe attach it by remote to a tiny flame thrower, no wait, a laser...yeah!  and have real time streaming.  I sense my first million by Christmas...I will be the the garage if anyone needs me !!!
