Aw, that's a terrible shame. It's so sad that your first experience with them turned out to be your last. I honestly couldn't comment on how warm they are on arrival, as inbetween work and stuff all we ever get is (at best) luke-warm pizza. Was it at least tasty despite being tepid?

Well I'd probably try again, but not via delivery, collection would be faster and better chance of hot. The pizza was ok, hard to judge when it's luke warm at best.

If they want to succeed in the pizza market I believe they need to find a better warming solution. Hell is excellent for this.

If you're in CBD, Pizza Fresco is a go. They're a little pricey, but with that you get a decent, somewhat gourmet pizza.

Cashmir chicken is one of my favourites, and Bangkok. Great selection.

A colleague of mine and I go there frequently and haven't been disappointed.

For those wanting a good pizza, much better than NY even, buy a ticket to Italy. I guarantee your opinion will be changed forever. If any of you know a good ture Italian eatery, please let me know.

... really? A friend of mine at work comes from California and has nothing but derision for what he terms "disgusting American crap" food. Going by him, American burgers don't even qualify as food (I'm actually inclined to agree - Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, KFC, etc aren't really part of a balanced diet at all. We're still holding counsel on Burgerfuel now that Americans have a large ownership stake and options for majority ownership in a couple of years - he's expecting it'll go to crap).

I definitely wouldn't say "the best (burgers) there are so much better than the best here" at all.

and yet you say this with no apparent first hand experience (yet with the authority of someone who had done so extensively). I didn't mention a single one of the outlets you did and of course mass produced burgers at chains taste less than impressive. BTW Burger Fuel are exceptionally average.
