psychrn: I put my N3 in most of my front trouser pockets and dont have any trouble with them falling out.


Must be the size. I'm sure I've seen a claim that one of the leading reasons for water damage is "fell out of pocket into toilet".

Some pockets have very slanted side(front) pockets that arent very deep.
If the pockets are deep enough and the opening not too slanted the phone should fall out - mind you depending on the cover some can be very slippery...
