I agree with Geektastic. If I had a customer sending $360,000 a year of business my way and they were unhappy, I would probably be prepared to do quite a bit to keep the relationship on a good footing. Sending someone meet with them would seem to be a no-brainer. Even if it cost a bit.
Plus, I doubt they are the only customer in all of Christchurch. So sending someone down could be combined with meeting other major customers (which is what they should be doing periodically if they are serious about being a supplier), as well as making some calls to see other potential customers, if they wanted.
