KiwiNZ: The behaviour is child like, ignore him completely. Don't talk to him, don't look at him, don't acknowledge him. If he doesn't get any reaction he will lose what he wants and stop.

Sometimes impossible in small towns. Because the small minded piles of crap that dwell on this childish behaviour get kicks out of it and get everyone else on board with it. I would love to just get fluro orange aerosol spray paint and explode a few next to his house walls and view the art it leaves behind.

We cant go shopping in the supermarket as his wife works in the bakery and when they see us they all warn each other and just stand there looking, there has been moments where the bakery staff have come out just to follow at distance, just to see what we are up to.

Leave that place then...

Thats what he wants us to do. but hes that nasty mouth wise hes already got 3 other people to move towns. when we stand up to him he has a great hate for this.

Reacting to his behaviour is fuelling it.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

we have tried that, then he starts a new trend like flashing 30 million candle power torches into ones eyes when driving, as hes goes out purposely working at night to do this.

Get a dash cam, get a recording of him doing this, then get him arrested.

That is something that cannot be diagnosed here.

I'm sorry, but, unless I'm misreading things here, large segments of your local population including the supermarket staff, police, etc, are 'siding' with this guy. Something doesn't add up to me, sorry. As above, I'm not sure we can add much more...

Its abit like the boy that cried wolf really. the school ground bully that stands back only to have everyone do his dirty work.

thats why he tells only what he wants people to know, he certainly has the knack to put people against others.

I hope this does not read as being rude but, what ages are involved here?

Good grief, all concerned are old enough to know better. I'm sorry but I have nothing more.

Or me. We're only hearing one perspective.

Squire298: the police came around to tell us that we have no credibility.

What lies behind this?

I'd suggest there is considerably more to this story, two sides etc, something doesn't seem right from both sides for sure.
