Establishing whether an address is rural or not so couriers wont hit you with the RURAL Delivery surcharge is a major time waster

That there is a simple solution to the problem
use a similar postcode system as in the uk
S*** we only have just over 4 million people it can be that hard
Ok bad idea suggesting we use a proven UK system ..... hmm lets try this
Introduce a uniqie identifier for every delivery address in the country call it KIWISMART!!
