PhantomNVD: Very innovative SA menu, but I'm glad those aren't $nz prices!

Just divide by 10 for NZ$. Pretty sure you cant buy a tower burger here for <$4

Off topic I know, but my current bugbear with KFC is them charging $1 to swap sides out in their meals - I don't want Fries AND Potato and Gravy, I want a Coleslaw. Looks like a deliberate money grab to me.

Goosey:

Does anyone remember the 80s when KFC were quite regular with their innovative marketing?

I can recall those 3D shades and some kind of promo code that you had to enter on a device in store amongst other things.

Yup, the 3D glasses were for a movie TV2 aired, some King Kong type thing, remember going next door to watch it (we didnt have a TV then), and didnt see a single thing in 3D until the end of the movie where someone was letting off fireworks, and the smoke appeared to be in front of me....

How about back in the day when their advertising was more....truthful. It would be interesting to see a modern version of this....
