freitasm: The fixed width character tag used does not like to wrap around screens so I fixed the post.
Also I started using Opera on Android. So much better than Chrome.

The first one on this list.

Similar solder error evident after assembly and Quality Control Test:
Could not resist opening this phone charger though had been offered a refund credit purely on my say so. Refused the credit after the repair but asked that their supplier be sent the picture.
I would like to think that they did because the exchanges from them had been so syrupy sweet.
richms: There are 5 numbers from A0 to A4 that they put after the peoples names, and each get a new set of benifits from aliexpress.
I am an A4 member, have been for a couple years. The "benefits" of any level I have yet to see.
Currently I have a claim in for a product shortage, it's been going on for a couple of weeks so far, about 10 days until aliexpress proposed to reject my claim because the seller had sent multiple packages (different products), all of which I had received, had confirmed two of (but not the one with short quantity, different products), had provided detailed photos, and video evidence, then I have to reject that rejection, all the while the seller says nothing, and we wait until that period for the seller to respond will time-out and if I'm lucky an actual human might read the claim and approve it.
Claims do not in my experience become quicker/easier at an A4 level, not unless you come to a "return product" resolution perhaps in which case they will supposedly refund you once you give them return shipping tracking code, but of course, returning a product to an Aliexpress seller is extremely improbable, if it gets to that point you might as well write it off.

I have a second account that is A0 because hardly ever used.
And yes, A4 is much better than the A0 at getting answers etc from them.
The multiple parcels things is _SO_ annoying. I will often order everything for a project from one seller on there, paying a little more in the process so I can have it all arrive at the same time and it is a real prick when they ship seperate, and inevitably the one part I cant get locally goes into the 4 week parcel, and the rest of the stuff is here in 1.
