According to my sister (a chef) Kitchen Aid make high quality product, but it ain't cheap.  I know her Kitchen Aid cake mixer is >13 years old.

 

Lots of places sell Kitchen Aid products so it might be worth a look around to check price.

 

 

 

 

We have several Kitchen Aid products and they are awesome and have never failed

We couldn't call them a necessary evil as they are design to poach from the poor. As cigarettes are also evil as they kill.

Jobs and money at the end of the day i guess....
