not likely (yet) IMHO as satellite still has better coverage.

 

 

Well yes, the satellite covers anyone not living in a cave. But broadband internet coverage is probably high enough now that the gap is not commercially significant.

Small businesses are terrible IME. Family owned means staffed by related bufoons with no idea how to manage, delegate or offer service. Noone wants to complain because they always take it personally and will do their best to shaft the person over next time they need whatever service the place offers.

 

I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment. So often I've encountered a "family business" where it's staffed by the offspring that can't make it on their own in the real world and they band together against the customer when anything goes wrong instead of taking an objective stance - I guess this is due to the fact they have to endure each other outside the workplace. There are exceptions, but they're very rare.
