NZ post have still not resolved this.
The problem is they haven't been able to contact the driver since the Wednesday morning delivery, as he is not answering his phone.
NZ post refuse to admit the parcel is lost at this stage, their driver is non-contactable.... I'm definitely in limbo and I need my car part.
NZ post promise to call me earlier today and they haven't .... although, it seems they are now admitting the driver should have asked for my signature. They did say the package value will come out of his salary, which I don't agree with -- he made a mistake, it happens and thats why we have insurance.
