CokemonZ:

Good luck - I don't know the specs of my chair, but when I was there I looked the model up online and it was $1k USD new, so I brought it no questions asked. Love it!

Yes there are some great deals, if you can handle that you are paying warehouse stationary prices for a used item, the difference being the items are much higher quality new.

So we took your advice, got a desk with adjustable height, VERY solid, its a top brand but I forget, paid $200, was $700 new for just a bench style desk, but flap its heavy and industrial. Very happy. Thoroughly recommend everybody to visit the store for a nosey around of old IT equipment. Big white boards was one thing I want for my office so bought for $80, is HUGE.

So they lifted the ban to allow people to collect a chair and some peripherals etc, but had to managed by security, flappn stupid. Anyway got her work chair which is high quality and an awesome desk, which might see my xbox on it soon lol.

Great thing is, even though we get 99% down and 102% up in Mbps that we pay for via wifi, now she can connect directly via ethernet which if we ever had a wifi issue would be a life saver.

Strangely the house has ethernet ports all around it, Im just not sure which port would have been the main hub port to plug an ethernet port into...... will be fun finding out anyway. I guess they thought it was future proofing 10 years ago with VDSL etc. And I suppose it is, as our designated seperation/time out room isnt as good (its close) to those wife %'s so I might strt using ethernet wherever I am in the house.

Happy campers, slight headache shopping at bunnings and the warehouse but it wasnt any more busy than a normal weekend day.

Hmmm they didnt give us right size screws for middle support. Desk is wobbling side to side, but I very much dont think its the middle cross member missing. I think our plush carpet and small feet but big legs are give it the wobbles. I thought something hard underneath the feet should work, but would need to be fairly quick. Perhaps some plywood squares too make the surface area on the thick carpet more stable?

Pretty annoyed they just throw all the screws in one big bucket with stuff coming in rather than taking the care to give you what came with the item.

So went to Mitre 10 today to try and find some bolts and their selection was abysmal. Will make do with what I could find even if it marks the legs and isnt perfect, if it makes the table sturdier then thats all that matters given everything in lock down.

Not sure why guy at shop thought self tapering screws WAY too short would be suitable for pre tapered bolt holes.......

So yeah the stuff is ok, but looking back id have gone with the $299 wind up and down Warehouse Stationary desk.
