Yes and a bit of fiddling to get them onto kindle via Adobe digital editions and Calibre.

 

... or use a Kobo and download it directly onto the device!

 

Even their cheaper models now have OverDrive built in, so library borrowing can be done on the device.

I have to say that if I had made as much cash as Lee Child has from the books, I would probably have retired to my private island some time ago.

Tom Cruise ruined Jack Reacher for me.  I never should have watched the movie.  Now when I read a Reacher novel, I visualise Tom cruise and it's just laughable.

I felt that way *before* I watched the movie, I was scornful of the casting decision, but during the movie I barely noticed it. Only when I think about it, does it really seem like a problem.

Clint Eastwood aged about 40 would have made a good Reacher.
Now, I’d pick Jim Caviezel.
