Did you try messenger or whatsapp as the contact website suggests?

i was with Meridian and then found by switching to Pulse and the same sort of plan i saved $60 a month, i only know the pulse is the cheapest  but i have no idea what the support is like as i have never had to contact them in over 2 years.
