SATTV:

I used to love their meatballs until they change them from meatballs to cut sausages.

I do like the Ham and I also like the pork riblet.

The last few subways I have been to no longer make sub of the day. The Ham sub is now over $10 for 6" and I can not justify that.

I also like the ham and egg on white for breakfast when I have needed breakfast on the run.

I had them a couple of weeks ago and it was meatballs.

I'll take Pizza Melt over meatballs anyday of the week.

Last time I've visited a Subway I asked for one of the melt versions. Instead of making it like described the person behind the counter started asking me what I wanted on it.

That's not how it works. I didn't ask for a custom creation. I asked for a specific thing.

They got rid of the Melt, I found out during a visit about a year or so ago. A pity, that was my personal favourite.

I've noticed this with Hellers meatballs in the super market too.  Maybe they supply Subway's meatballs?

Given the much better sandwich options around Wellington/Auckland, i'm genuinely surprised anyone hits these joints still :) That being said, the old meatball sub was good and the pizza melt

I'm in Blenheim, so few option for a good sammich.  The meatball sub is still one of my faves.  Usually chuck some oven fries on, then go and get my sammich and by the time I get back the chips are done.  Carb load!!!!!
