C'mon, it would be unreasonable to expect anyone to have predicted there'd be a 29th day in February this year....

Maybe a system integration related problem in some sense if Gull is the only Invenco customer affected by this issue.

We need a live cross to Tova O'Brien or Mike Hoskings outside an outlet, that will fix it.

The article I skimmed through quoted a site owner saying they got new software last year.

The stations are pushing the blame to the payment providers. Weird, though, that its only fuel stations having the issue (there's not that many payment providers out there are there?)

The big difference between other places and fuel stations that I can think of is the funds auth hold process (i.e. take a pre-authorisation for $200, see how much the fuel actually cost, charge for that, then cancel the pre-authorisation).  Maybe that process and the 29th Feb somehow muck that process up.

If you've ever built something that relies on that knowledge instead of using the existing date APIs, then...

Some of us have been programming long enough that those APIs didn't use to exist!

Certainly shows what a difference the truck stops make for congestion at the pump, space and flow challenges across the few I've been by just now.
