You don't cook with this stuff (too expensive), it's finishing vinegar. Primarily I use it with Caprese Salads or as a drizzle. 

Sure, of course there are similar or even superior products in NZ I imagine, but it's effort to find something, and I like this one a lot, so it's easier to just see if I can get some I already like.
