Supercards does an import via screenshot (seems to decode the barcode and card string against their dbase)

So capture them as screenies for a start

To import into Catima, I just borrowed an old phone and took pics of the Stocard screen, then used Catima's barcode reader to bring them back. Took 5 minutes for over 10 cards.

Getting the zip from klarna support was about a ten day wait, but it took less time since catima supports importing from their password protected zips

Just had a recent app update for stocard - still haven't had an EOL note from Klarna

Also any tips on contacting Klarna as it requires a login, and my Stocard is loggedin with my Google Account.

There's a reddit post that suggests when you're given the message of closure.. they've already migrated your account into their system. And need to use that to import again rather than create a new.

https://www.reddit.com/r/klarna/comments/1gdc1se/stocard_is_moving_to_klarna_what_you_need_to_know/

Does say people get a 14 day notice. So NZ itself may not be impacted for a bit if there's no way for them.to.offer klarma as a whole.

But aussies have been hit. So pre-empt

Yep so I pre empted by emailing and asking for a copy of all my data, sat and waited, got the .zip, imported to catima.

So there's a hurry up method

Use the account delete request from in the app.

Boom. This happens

Weird. Hitting Delete didn't offer me that choice.

I don’t know why you’d bother given how quick it is to screenshot and bulk import into other apps. Unless you had hundreds of cards it literally takes 5 minutes.

Yeah but I try not to sit and wait for the email so this took me less active time

Stocard has Wear OS app (Google wallet does but not supercards) and editable card labels (supercards does but not wallet). Will be sad to see it go.

Yeah I've never really used the stocard wear app. But have the 2 main supermarket cards in wallet so the option of those when using pay as a secondary (or tripping out older folk using my watch for it :) )

But it takes longer for those to load and be scrolled to after the double tap pay shortcut than to hit the widget on a phone screen and zap it first up.

So more of a back-up if walking in and left the phone in the cradle or charging

This saved me a lot of time, Supercards allows for bulk import so it took 2 minutes to screenshot and then mass import the photos.
Super easy.
