Thank you all! Malware has come from Cloudflare/Shopify end as they are the Hosts. They are working on the fix. 

 

There is an article about it but the error is used to target window operating systems only. Apple/Mac and Android devices are mainly immune to the popup that appears!

It's likely caused by a compromised Shopify plugin or a script being used on the site.

Which means you need to review all the plugins and scripts, make sure they are up-to-date and make sure yu uninstall anything that is not needed.

I'll take credential compromise (almost certainly Phishing) for $50 Alex.
