I'm putting my money on the reverse hostname for your work connection giving you away.

ie, your ip is 1.2.3.4, with the hostname mail.mybusiness.co.nz - all you need is Google to get your contact details.

Not rocket science really.

If you post on the forums from work, I can tell you if this is the case or not.
