Does this mean we'll see cellphone manufacturers stepping up their battery performance... You'll be using one phone for both after all...
And what happens when you want your calls to be routed through more than one handset ie at home, 3 phones ring throughout the house... with this... logisitically which way will they have it?
I'm guessing you'll still have your 3 home phones, but when inside your cellphone will ring too? I understand their point from a cost prespective, ie cheaper rates while calling from your mobile inside your home and different rates when your out and about...
This may work for Vodafones "target customers" who will have the same single phone for home phone and cellphone... but again... in a situation where its not only you at home.... what happens in the scenario when your out and about and other people are at home being called..... who gets what?

Like any other business Voda are only after your money, they are not doing this out of love or to do you any favours. They have stated that they want to take a much larger chunk of the telecommunications market...In other words they want more of your money which as we all know the profit from this money is paid to the UK parent.
Well state the obvious...
Of course Vodafone want our money.... but its still good because it means more competition, which means more options at a cheaper price.
