Terrible news. My condolences for your sad loss. ![]()
These date back to 2008. Macey has long since left us but looking at these brings back happy memories.

Nice dog. Great picture. Sorry he's gone.

Our Clint is a character. Last evening, he was sitting by the stove looking behind it. I figured there must be something of interest back there so I obligingly pulled it out for him. Quick as a flash he found his prize: a small mouse hiding away. I let him do what cats do (outside of course). After that, I was his best mate for the night.
Which one of these animals are most likely to sue the owner for posting about their lives?
If any of these animals are interested in joining a class action lawsuit let me know ...
So does she fetch it and bring it back to you?

That one might have been just a wee bit too much to have her play fetch with.
I don't actually use sticks as I don't want her to bring sticks back as well as the fact that sticks can be dangerous for dogs to retrieve. That is why I initially tried to get her to leave the stick but she really wanted to bring that to me.
She will happily bring back tennis balls and anything else we throw for her though and give them to us.
I tried to play fetch with my dog when he was young. I'd throw a ball, he'd go get it and bring it back. I'd throw it a second time and he would just stare at me, with this look of bewilderment. I'd end up having to go get it myself.
alasta:There is a lady who often walks her beautiful Burmese cat on a leash around Civic Square in Wellington. I assume she probably lives in one of the nearby apartments.
It's unfortunate that New Zealanders think leash walking of cats is silly, because it is becoming very common overseas and it makes a lot of sense for the safety and wellbeing of the cat.

Jesus frigging CHRIST! We've just lost our last cat Clint (only a year old). I went outside and found him dead on our driveway. Looks like someone placed him on our drive. We heard him meowing outside maybe two hours ago.
Our hearts are totally broken now.
What a terrible thing. So sorry for you. There are no words for this. RIP CLint.
