gehenna: They got the Clickers right, in fact they've got everything right so far, even the things they changed! Can't wait to see where it goes. Episode 2 was phenomenal.
Came here to say I absolutely agree! Episode 2 was hair raising. Hanging on to the third episode which is coming out today!
1883 - Totally enraptured by it. Loving it. It's definitely my kind of series.
Sam Elliot is a hard-ass bastard in everything I've seen him in. The ranch was fantastic. Confronting, funny, sad. He was as much the star as Ashton Kutcher.

gehenna: I expect the latest episode will be polarising for some fans, but it was perfect.
Watched the last episode of Dead to Me on Netflix.
Really good series, if you like that sort of thing. Wife and I enjoyed it.
I've also started watching The Last Of Us on Neon.
I'll admit - I have never played the game, knew nothing about it and was less invested than most. Part way through episode 3. It's OK.
I found the first episode jumped too quickly in time without explaining some things, but I guess that's what the occasional flashbacks are for.
I'll continue watching it, but I am not blown away at all.
Watched the first 30 min of Cunk on Earth on Netflix. It's a ridiculous take on David Attenborough documentaries. It's quite funny. Especially with her "Northern Lass" accent and attitude.
If you don't like ridiculous and quite frankly braindead mockumentaries, this isn't for you. I very much enjoy that sort of thing. Especially when done in this style.

Hunters .series 2 on Prime Video. i really enjoyed the show and series 2 is worth watching just for the Sound of Music parody. if you thought the original was a bit saccharine you will enjoy this version. 8/10

I've watched the first four episodes of Rian Johnson's new show Poker Face. I really enjoy it, it's kind of like a modern Colombo, right down to the voice of the main actor! Each week is a different murder mystery, with an overarching narrative throughline. At least so far.

I've got that on the watchlist. Glad to hear it's as good as the trailers make it seem

Not sure if it's available on any NZ service, but I've been watching Godfather of Harlem and really enjoying it. 10 episode seasons, and they've just started season 3.
Lockwood & Co - Netflix - 7/10
A tiny startup, run by two teenage boys and a newly arrived, supremely psychically gifted girl, a renegade trio destined to unravel a mystery that will change the course of history.
Thoroughly enjoyed this young adult series.
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
The Witcher: Blood Origin - Netflix - 7/10 (IMDb 4.6/10)
More than a thousand years before the events of "The Witcher," seven outcasts in an Elven world join forces in a quest against an all-powerful empire.
Though it has a low IMDb rating we are really enjoying this prequel to The Witcher, which we also watch and enjoy.
One thing we really really like is the costumes, they are fabulous and hopefully gets nominated for an award. The main palace set is also fantastic.
Both costumes and palace set are very much Duneisque in style.

Diane Morgan is hilarious and so deadpan.
There have been several 'Cunk on' series and they are all just as funny - I think this is the first that made it Netflix.
She did another BBC series called 'Mandy'. 2 series of around 6 x 15m episodes.
It is on youtube if you look.
The character is usually looking for a job or trying to scrape by and is a bit disaster prone (and thick). Its got a surprising number of big name guests too.
It has a bit of good slapstick/visual humour (her facial expression and walk for instance).
Despite some occasional 'bad' language, our 10 and 12 yo grand daughters loved it and laughed out loud all through the episodes.
(My you I was surprised how much they loved "Father Ted" as well)
